1. Terms and Conditions

1.1 Buses to Concerts Information

• 1.1.1 Buses to Concerts is organised by travel professionals. All information on the venues we service, routes of the bus, and prices for each event are on our Buy Tickets Page. If you have any further queries, please contact us. All details can be found on our contact us page.

1.2 Terms and Conditions

• 1.2.1 As with all businesses, we have terms and conditions and a company code of conduct to which we must abide by rules and regulations set by the DOENI for road transport, as with all bus and coach companies. By purchasing tickets, you are entering into an agreement with the following terms. Please see our terms as below:

1.3 Ticket and Travel Policies

• 1.3.1 Privacy Policy:
  At Buses To Concerts, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to improve the service we provide. Please read on for more detail about our privacy policy.
• 1.3.2 All travel is Return Fares only available online and sold on a non-refundable basis. You may wish to purchase travel insurance separately.
• 1.3.3 Bookings can only be made online, via telephone, or through official outlets. Tickets are not available from the driver.
• 1.3.4 An email confirmation of online bookings will be sent to the email address provided. This email confirmation is your e-ticket for your journey. Please always check your email accounts to see if any changes have been made to your travel. Buses To Concerts cannot be responsible for customers who have been informed of potential changes and have not checked their emails.

1.4 Age Restrictions

• 1.4.1 There are no age restrictions on our buses. Please check the event beforehand for its individual details. All under-14s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• 1.4.2 Any passengers aged 15 & 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or carry a letter of authority from parents/guardians, and must notify the company or driver before departure. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance.

1.5 Facilities on Board

• 1.5.1 Some of our buses do have toilets, and others do not. We cannot guarantee this facility on concert routes.
• 1.5.2 Comfort stops are provided en route to the venues at the driver’s discretion. If you require a comfort stop, please inform the driver. This will be undertaken at the driver’s discretion if a comfort stop is available. All stops are a maximum of 10 minutes. It is the passenger’s responsibility to be back at the bus on time. Please note Apple Green service stations operate toilets only until 11 PM. After this, it is hatch service only.

1.6 Passenger Responsibilities

• 1.6.1 Once you have boarded the bus, all passengers are required by law to abide by Transport NI & ROI laws, including wearing a safety belt.
• 1.6.2 If you wish to exit the bus at another stop for any reason, you must ask the driver, as they will be loading/unloading other passengers from the manifest. If you remove yourself from the vehicle unaware to the driver, you do so at your own risk.

1.7 Alcohol and Behavior Policy

• 1.7.1 As we are a transport provider to events/venues that serve alcohol, we understand that some people may be under the influence of alcohol. However, this is usually harmless, and the majority of people we are transporting are out to have a good time. We understand this but will not tolerate aggressive or abusive behaviour on our service as we have the interests of other passengers and drivers to consider.
• 1.7.2 For most concerts and especially larger venues, management is on hand to deal with any issues should they arise.
• 1.7.3 Alcohol is not permitted on any PSV vehicle. This is a DOENI regulation for all bus and coach operators; however, you may take alcohol in your luggage, which will be stowed away and cannot be consumed on the vehicle.
• 1.7.4 Food, juice, and consumables are allowed on board, with the exception of hot food & alcohol, which are NOT permitted.

1.8 Luggage Responsibility

• 1.8.1 All luggage is the responsibility of the owner. We recommend you do not leave any belongings on board unaccompanied at any time. We do not take responsibility for any property left on board.

1.9 Travel Timing and Cancellations

• 1.9.1 All concert and event travel dates and times are stated on the website. These times are strict and non-changeable unless by Buses To Concerts.
• 1.9.2 All concerts and events tickets are booked either through this website or via telephone before the event. You may turn up on the day of travel but are not guaranteed travel without pre-booking. The online price may differ from the price charged if paying at the bus on the day of travel.
• 1.9.3 Arrival time at an event is approximate. Please allow up to 1 hour of grace, as traffic flow and other circumstances outside of our control may arise. We aim to arrive as close to the estimated time as possible. Insurance is available for circumstances if arrival or return is over 90 minutes.
• 1.9.4 In the event of any delays, such as traffic, mechanical breakdown, rerouting, weather, or other conditions outside our control, we reserve the right to rectify these within a reasonable timescale, usually within 90 minutes. However, it may be up to 120 minutes.

1.10 Cancellation or Change of Event

• 1.10.1 All concerts and events are subject to numbers. If the event numbers are not feasible, a run may be cancelled or changed at any time by Buses To Concerts with prior notice to customers when available.
• 1.10.2 We work in conjunction with other coach operators, therefore a coach/bus/minibus may turn up at the pickup with another name on the coach. Always check with the driver.

1.11 Booking, Refunds, and Transfers

• 1.11.1 All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. They can be transferred to another name but not to another event. Once a booking has been made, travel details cannot be changed.
• 1.11.2 If a concert is officially cancelled by the promoter, a full ticket refund will be issued at face value, which will be notified to customers via email with refund details.
• 1.11.3 For rescheduled concerts: If a concert is officially rescheduled by the promoter, original tickets purchased for affected events will be resent with new rescheduled dates, which will be notified to customers via email.
• 1.11.4 Customers may be required to quote their booking reference when boarding.

1.12 Travel Restrictions

• 1.12.1 Travel is not permitted on any other service or date other than on the service and date booked. Please ensure you check the date, time, and pickup carefully before booking. You are required to arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
• 1.12.2 Your ticket is valid for the date, time, and pickup stated on your ticket only. You may not board the bus at another pickup, date, or time.
• 1.12.3 Please be aware not all buses pick up at all locations. For example, some buses are direct service only; however, all stops will be honoured.
• 1.12.4 If you wish to travel together with another customer, you must book the same pickup, arrive together, and arrive early. We cannot guarantee you will be on the same coach if you book separate pickups.
• 1.12.5 It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they board the correct coach at any stop, including return.

1.13 Additional Terms

• 1.13.1 Special single fares are not available. You can travel one way on a normal full ticket.
• 1.13.2 Buses To Concerts operates a no alcohol and no smoking policy on all of its coach services, in line with DOE law in NI.
• 1.13.3 Return travel is usually where you are dropped off. However, this can change due to travel restrictions on the day outside of our control. You will be notified by the driver or via message.
• 1.13.4 Please refer to your ticket for full travel details. However, this may change on the day of travel. If so, you will be made aware of this by communication from the company or directly from the staff/driver on hand.
• 1.13.5 Please ensure the telephone number provided at the time of booking is for the passenger travelling and that they have access to this for the entire trip.
• 1.13.6 Passengers are required to arrive back to the coach a maximum of 30 minutes before departure, unless otherwise stated on your ticket or advised by the driver.
• 1.13.7 It is the customer’s responsibility to be back at the coach within the allocated time. The driver will not be calling to advise.
• 1.13.8 All other normal conditions of carriage apply.
• 1.13.9 Concert travel fares are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
