1. General Information
1.1 About Buses To Concerts
Buses To Concerts is operated by professional travel organisers. Details of all venues served, routes, and pricing for each event are available on our Buy Tickets page.

2. Terms of Service
2.1 Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our company code of conduct. Buses To Concerts operates in accordance with the Department of the Environment Northern Ireland (DOENI) regulations for road transport, as required for all licensed bus and coach companies.
3. Tickets and Travel
3.1 Booking and Confirmation
All travel is return only and non-refundable.
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or through official outlets. Tickets are not available from the driver.
You will receive an email confirmation which serves as your e-ticket.
Please check your email regularly for updates or changes to your journey. Buses To Concerts cannot accept responsibility if a customer fails to review notification emails.
3.2 Age Policy
No general age restriction applies to our services. However, event venues may have their own age limits.
Passengers under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Passengers aged 15–16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or have written permission from a parent/guardian and must notify the driver before departure.
4. Onboard Facilities
Some coaches have toilets, but this cannot be guaranteed for every route.
Comfort stops may be provided at the driver’s discretion and will last no longer than 10 minutes.
Passengers must return to the bus on time; late return may result in travel being forfeited.
Note: Some service stations (e.g. Applegreen) have limited facilities after 11 p.m.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Seatbelts must be worn at all times in accordance with Transport NI & ROI law.
If you wish to disembark at an unscheduled stop, you must inform the driver. Leaving the coach without the driver’s knowledge is at your own risk.
6. Alcohol, Food & Behaviour
Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on all vehicles (DOENI regulation).
Alcohol may be transported in luggage but not consumed onboard.
Hot food and alcoholic drinks are not permitted.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Abusive or disruptive behaviour towards other passengers or staff will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the service without refund.
Event management or security may assist if required at larger venues.
7. Luggage Policy
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
Buses To Concerts does not accept liability for lost or unattended items.
8. Travel Times, Delays & Cancellations
All departure times are published on our website and are non-changeable unless altered by Buses To Concerts.
Arrival times are approximate. Please allow up to one hour flexibility due to traffic or other factors beyond our control.
In the case of significant delays (traffic, mechanical, weather), we aim to resolve within 90–120 minutes.
If minimum passenger numbers are not met, we reserve the right to cancel or combine routes, notifying affected passengers in advance.
9. Event Changes
We may partner with other licensed coach operators. Your bus may display a different company name—please confirm with the driver before boarding.
If a concert is cancelled by the promoter, you will receive a full refund of your travel fare.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
10. Refunds, Transfers & Validity
All bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another passenger (same event only).
Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and pickup location shown on your e-ticket.
Passengers must arrive 15 minutes before departure and reboard the coach no later than 30 minutes before return departure.
The driver will not make reminder calls or wait beyond scheduled departure times.
11. Additional Terms
One-way travel is permitted only on a full return fare.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on all vehicles.
Return drop-offs are typically at the original pickup point unless restricted by local conditions.
Please ensure your booking contact number is active throughout your journey for updates.
All normal conditions of carriage apply.
Concert travel fares cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
